Like many others, I have had so many good ideas stolen, copied, lifted, ripped off in so many ways its hard to count. Many of us never had resources, like rich parents or freinds, the ability to borrow tens, hundreds or millions of dollars. That is why you , me and many others will never invent or develop anything. In Canada as with many countries, the regulations are inhibiting development for inventors. Patent or trademark protection is only available if you can afford it. You only own what you can afford to pay a lawyer to protect. It could cost you 15,000 dollars to do a patent search to find out your idea can't be patented. Add 50,000 dollars for starter legal , consultant and application fees. Thats if while your doing that, your so called colleagues (student, teacher, professor, co worker) havn't ripped you off. My brother fought Queens University for years only to eventually settle out of court as funds to continue the battle dried up.( Casnig VS Queens). I decided to just give some ideas away. As time allows, I will be adding many more, still undeveloped and feasable concepts for invention, business or industry. Not every inventive idea is really marketable, so many people have good ideas that go undeveloped, never heard of for one reason or another. They just don't have the time or resources for research and development and grants are far and few between. Due to fears of someone stealing it and missing out on the finacial rewards, or because they can't afford a patent search, it may reside in the mind for years. Every day millions of people have inventive idea's, but few are followed up on for these reasons. It is with this in mind that we offer this section of our site where you may share your brainstorms with the world, or simply take some of these ideas and run with them. Please be advised that the ideas for new inventions or technology presented here are original concepts that we have had over the years, some may have been concieved by others as well, but to the best ofour knowledge, most are unique. People should be motivated by a sense of duty to the human collective. If we are reincarnated, where do you think you wil be reincarnated to? Probably earth, where you will live in a world that will be the way we had left it.
